A seasonal experience not to be missed! We'll start with a trek through our organic olive groves and harvest a few olive trees, then enjoy a picnic break with wine, bread, cheese, and an olive oil tasting, where you'll learn more about our regenerative oliviculture practices, olive oil production, and the factors that influence the quality of extra virgin olive oil.
Our October celebration of olive oil harvest includes special dishes in our restaurant that highlight the season's best extra virgin olive oil, all month long!
