Grape Varieties: 80% Sangiovese, 20% Canaiolo

Vinification: Canaiolo and Sangiovese bled from the best vats destined to the reserve after a maceration of a few hours. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel without temperature control and a small part in tonneaux. Aging in steel until spring.

Description: Salmon pink. Minerally nose with savoury cherry fruit notes. Fresh savoury, lightly salty, minerally cherry and lemon fruit palate. A proper rosé that tastes like one. Fantastic balance between lemony freshness and cranberry fruit
