Grape Variety: 100% Ciliegiolo
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in cement tanks and aging for 8/10 months in oak tonneaux.
Description: Savoury, iodine, deep raspberry and cherry nose with a black-pepper tingle and a honeyed note. Supple and almost plush fruit but bone dry and with soft sandy tannins.
