Food, Farm & Wine Weekends

Spring 2026

Join us during weekends in March and April for a 3-night experience that combines your stay at the borgo with hands-on experiences on the farm, in the kitchen, and in the wine cellar.

 

A 3-day experience available select weekends in March and April – when booked as a package, save over 20% on your entire stay at Torre alle Tolfe (our best pricing of the year). 

Breakfast each day and a voucher for a lunch or dinner in our restaurant is included.

Thursday:

Friday:

  • Farm Walk (9.00-10.00): Join a member of our team for a walk through the farm, and explanation of our regenerative farming approach, including our animals, vegetable garden, vineyard, and more. 
  • Cooking Class (15.00-17.00): Learn the techniques behind classic regional dishes, try your hand at handmade pasta, and taste the fruits of your labor.

Saturday:

  • Historical Tour & Wine Tasting (11.00-13.00): Join us for a guided tour covering highlights from Torre alle Tolfe's 1300-year history, including underground passages and our wine cellar, then enjoy a seated tasting of 4 wines and 1 olive oil, with local cheese and bread. 

Sunday:

  • Checkout
