Learn more about the rich culinary traditions of Tuscany as you transform fresh local ingredients into a delicious meal, guided by a local culinary expert.

Pasta Lesson

In this class, you'll learn how to make fresh pastas (tagliatelle, tagliolini, pappardelle and ravioli) and two sauces. (If time allows, Chef Katy will also prepare gnudi). After your hard work in the kitchen, enjoy the fruits of your labor and taste all the finished pasta dishes at a convivial table with a glass of Torre alle Tolfe wine.

Three-Course Meal

In this extended class, you’ll prepare an appetizer, a fresh homemade pasta dish with sauce, and a delicious dessert. The best part? You’ll get to taste and enjoy your creations, served directly after the lesson in our restaurant at 7pm.

Pizza Lesson

The lesson begins with instruction on dough preparation, followed by the selection of toppings. Pizza is then cooked in our outdoor wood-fired oven and enjoyed during your dinner.
